Minimum Ticket Sales

If insufficient tickets are sold, the Promoter reserves the right to auction the vehicle instead of awarding it as the advertised prize.

 

In such circumstances, one valid entrant will be selected at random to receive a cash prize of £10,000.

 

Entrants will be notified of any change to the prize structure and may request a full refund of any tickets purchased if they do not wish to continue participating. Refund requests must be made before the competition closing date.

 

By retaining their entry after notification, entrants will be deemed to have accepted the revised prize arrangement.
